Visit to the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth

Professor Safferling presented the work of the Nuremberg Academy and the research at the university to the President of the Federal Constitutional Court. Both expressed concern about the current state of international law and international criminal law. Especially on the anniversary of the beginning of the Nuremberg Trials, it is important to emphasize the civilizational achievement of the Nuremberg Principles. Prof. Safferling invited the President and the Justices of the Federal Constitutional Court to visit Nuremberg. (bk)
