Panel Discussion
On 13 October 2025, the Nuremberg Academy in cooperation with the Centre for Human Rights Erlangen-Nürnberg (CHREN) and the Australian Human Rights Institute (University of New South Wales) will co-organise a panel discussion titled " Feminist Judgements and the International Criminal Court". The discussion will examine the connections between gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, faith and sexual orientation in relation to the practice of the International Criminal Court.
This panel discussion is part of a series of events which includes a book launch of the open-access volume Feminist Judgements: Reimaging the International Criminal Court at the Centre for Women, Peace and Security at the London School of Economics, and a panel discussion at Sciences Po, Paris. Judge Navi Pillay, a member of the Advisory Council of the Nuremberg Academy, will launch the book in Australia in November 2025.
