Nuremberg Academy participated in conference assessing law´s role in Holocaust in Transylvania

On 7 November 2024, the Nuremberg Academy participated in a conference examining the legal dimensions of initiatives that preceded, furthered and responded to the Holocaust. The conference which also commemorated the 80th anniversary of the Holocaust in Northern Transylvania was organised by the Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Senior Officer Kiran Mohandas Menon participated in a panel entitled “Legal Reactions to the Holocaust” and spoke on the Nuremberg trials and the Nuremberg legacy elaborating on its influence on the development of international criminal law.
