Meeting with U.S. Consul-General Dr James Miller and Delegation

On 22 October 2024, Dr James Miller, the Consul General of the United States of America in Munich visited the Nuremberg Palace of Justice and the Memorium Nuremberg Trials. Senior Officer Kiran Mohandas Menon represented the Nuremberg Academy in the meeting and presented on the Academy´s mandate and current projects. A wide-ranging discussion on the modern relevance of the Nuremberg Principles followed the presentation. Dr Miller was accompanied by a delegation of staff from the U.S. Consulate in Munich and the U.S. Embassy in Berlin. The delegation was also given a presentation on the history of the Nuremberg Trials and a tour of Courtroom 600 led by Prof. Alexander Korb, Director of the Memorium Nuremberg Trials.
