Professor Dr Raphaela Henze and a group of 15 students of cultural management from Hochschule Heilbronn visited the Nuremberg Academy on 30 November 2023. The group had particular interest in how to present the topic of the Holocaust and the Nuremberg Trials in a “museum-like” way. In this regard, the students visited first the Memorium Nuremberg Trials, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the historical perspective of the trials that took place from 1945 to 1949. A more detailed explanation of the birthplace of modern international criminal law was given by Director Professor Dr Christoph Safferling, who welcomed the group at the premises of the Nuremberg Academy. In addition, he provided the students with an overview of the mission, activities and events of the Nuremberg Academy. (pg)
