On 18 May 2024, Dr. Gurgen Petrossian, Senior Officer for International Criminal Law, delivered a presentation on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the potential jurisdictional issues concerning the region before the International Criminal Court at Southwestern Law School in Glendale, California, USA. The symposium, organized by Southwestern Law School and the Armenian Bar Association, focused on "Human Rights in Unrecognized States: Charting a Path Forward."
