Elsa Champaloux

Biography

Elsa Champaloux is a French legal practitioner specialised in international criminal law and international judicial cooperation. Before joining the Academy, she gained professional experience within several national and international institutions, including Eurojust, the International Criminal Court, and the Legal Affairs Directorate of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Through these roles, she developed substantial expertise in international, criminal and humanitarian law, accountability mechanisms, evidence analysis, and judicial cooperation on core international crimes and transnational crimes.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in public international law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

She is fluent in French and English.
