24 July 2019 - 27 July 2019

Nuremberg, Germany

The International Nuremberg Principles Academy together with the International Criminal Law Research Unit at Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg organized the annual Nuremberg Moot Court in Nuremberg, Germany, from 24 to 27 Juy 2019.

The Nuremberg Moot Court invites participants from across the globe to argue a fictitious international criminal law case before the "International Criminal Court". Dissecting both complex procedural and substantive issues of international criminal law, students are given the opportunity to apply and develop their skills and moot at the historic Courtroom 600 at the Nuremberg Palace of Justice. This unique location allows students to practice international criminal law at its very birthplace, offering a historical educational experience.
