Director Professor Dr Safferling met with Member of Parliament Gabriela Heinrich and her Team

On Friday, 30 June 2023, Ms Gabriela Heinrich, Member of the German Parliament visited the Nuremberg Academy together with her team. In the meeting, which lasted about one hour, Director Professor Safferling introduced the work of the Academy. This was followed by a vivid discussion on several up-to-date issues of international criminal law like the war in Ukraine and criminal responsibility of mercenaries and private military companies.
