Nuremberg Academy at UNICRI

On 3 March 2026, Senior Officer Kiran Mohandas Menon was invited to deliver a lecture as part of the LLM in Transnational Crime and Justice at the Turin campus of the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). Mr Menon´s lecture focused on the contestations facing international law today, the legacies of the Nuremberg trial and specifically elaborated on the under-explored contributions of Global South nations to international criminal law´s origins and development. In July 2025, Director Prof. Dr Safferling had delivered the keynote address at the graduation ceremony of the that year´s master’s cohort. (km)
