Nuremberg Academy at the Universidad de Los Andes

On 26 January 2026, Senior Officer Kiran Mohandas Menon was invited to deliver an in-person lecture at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. The lecture was convened by Professor René Urueña , Professor of International Law at the Universidad de Los Andes and former Special Advisor on Complementarity to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. In his lecture, Mr Menon reflected on the histories and narratives that have defined the origins and development of modern international crimininal law with a special emphasis on the literature that has focused on these landmark moments.
